Lattice Transmission Tower is a lightweight, high-rigidity lattice-type steel structure fabricated primarily from hot-dip galvanized angle steel profiles. All tower components are precisely processed, pre-fabricated, and pre-assembled in the factory to ensure dimensional accuracy, stable structural performance, and convenient on-site installation. Compared with other tower types, the lattice angle steel tower features high overall strength, excellent wind resistance, reliable structural stability, and low material consumption, making it highly cost-effective for long-distance overhead power transmission projects.
The whole tower undergoes professional hot-dip galvanizing treatment in compliance with ASTM A123 or ISO 1461 for main steel members, while all bolts and fasteners are galvanized according to ASTM A153 or ISO 1461. Strict welding procedures follow the AWS D1.1 standard, ensuring reliable welding quality and long-term anti-corrosion performance. With a service life of more than 25 years under normal atmospheric environments, this tower is widely applicable for various voltage levels of high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power transmission lines, power grid renovation projects, and overhead power distribution systems worldwide.
